artsHOP 2011 Sponsorship
Thank you for your interest in artsHOP, an Island 'art happening' presented by Cultural Connections.
artsHOP will span 3 days from the evening of November 11th through the evening of November 13th and will include a Gallery Walk the
evening of Nov 11th. The FREE Island Trolley will be available to travel between the openings in Anna Maria and in Holmes Beach.
Later in the evening there will be a performance at Island Players in Anna Maria.
There will be the Butterfly Garden arts and crafts fair the following day and another performance at the Island Players.
The Anna Maria Island Community Chorus and Orchestra will have a concert on Sunday followed by a drum circle at the Cafe on the
Beach led by Scott Blum will wind up the festivities.
All during artsHOP the DOORS will be on display at various businesses around the island and a silent auction for the DOORS will
take place the following week on friday evening at the Anna Maria Island Historical Society, during the Pine Avenue porch parties.
As we bring people on to the island for artsHOP they usually shop, eat and patronize our island businesses. A sponsorship will place your business information on our web page and in our advertising.
Sponsorship Levels:
$200 Sponsorship - Not only will your logo, business address, web site link and a brief paragraph about your business appear on
our web site under “Event Sponsors,” Cultural Connections will take out one 3.5” x 2.5” full-color ad acknowledging your business as a
patron in the Sun Newspaper, our “Signature Sponsors.” You will also be included in our two full page ads and your business logo and
web address will go on a “Sponsorship” boards that will be at every event and when possible acknowledged in event programs.
$100 Sponsorship - Your logo, business address, web site link and a brief paragraph about your business will appear on our web site
under “Event Sponsors”. You will be included in our advertising and your business logo and web address will go on a “Sponsorship”
boards that will be at every event.
$50 Sponsorship - Your business name, address, phone, fax and web site link will be placed on our web site with a brief paragraph
about your business under “Business Sponsors.”
$25 Sponsorship - Your business name, address and phone number will be placed on our web site under “Community Sponsors.”

Cultural Connections Mission:
Our Anna Maria Island community proudly supports over seven art galleries and studios, a nationally
recognized historical society, a renowned orchestra and chorus, the Island Players and a published writers' group.
Cultural Connections of Anna Maria Island was established in 2008 for the purpose of promoting and
supporting our island culture. "Cultural Connections' mission is to promote Anna Maria Island as a cultural destination."
Our signature event, ArtsHOP is held annually in November with the goal of bringing attention to the island arts. Held from
Friday evening to Sunday evening, events include: Gallery Walk with galleries, studios and businesses featuring local
artists and musicians; performances by the Island Players; Arts and Crafts Festival; Displays and events at the Historical
Society; and a concert by the AMI Chorus and Orchestra and this year a Drum Circle at the Manatee County Beach.
