 artsHOP 2011 Sponsorship Thank you for your interest in artsHOP, an Island 'art happening' presented by Cultural Connections. artsHOP will span 3 days from the evening of November 12th through the evening of Novemeber 14th and will include a Gallery Walk that one can travel on the Island Trolley, One Act Plays presented by the Island Players, an art/craft fair, events at the Anna Maria Island Historical Society (book signing and a Jail House Rock Sock Hop), an art auction for Calling All Turtles at the Studio at Gulf and Pine, a presentation of Rodgers and Hammerstein by the Anna Maria Island Concert Chorus and Orchestra and a Drum Circle Sunday night at the Manatee County Beach to wind up the festivities. As we bring people on to the island for artsHOP they usually shop, eat and patronize our island businesses. A sponsorship will place your business information on our web page and in our advertising. Sponsorship Levels: $200 Sponsorship - Not only will your logo, business address, web site link and a brief paragraph about your business appear on our web site under “Event Sponsors,” Cultural Connections will take out one 3.5” x 2.5” full-color ad acknowledging your business as a patron in the Sun Newspaper, our “Signature Sponsors.” You will also be included in our two full page ads and your business logo and web address will go on a “Sponsorship” boards that will be at every event and when possible acknowledged in event programs. $100 Sponsorship - Your logo, business address, web site link and a brief paragraph about your business will appear on our web site under “Event Sponsors”. Cultural Connections Mission: Our Anna Maria Island community proudly supports over seven art galleries and studios, a nationally recognized historical society, a renowned orchestra and chorus, and a published writers' group. Cultural Connections of Anna Maria Island was established in 2008 for the purpose of promoting and supporting our island culture. "Cultural Connections' mission is to promote Anna Maria Island as a cultural destination." Our signature event, ArtsHOP is held annually in November with the goal of bringing attention to the island arts. Held from Friday evening to Sunday evening, events include: Gallery Walk with galleries, studios and businesses featuring local artists and musicians; performance by the Island Players; Arts and Crafts Festival; Displays and events at the Historical Society; and a concert by the AMI Chorus and Orchestra and this year a Drum Circle at the Manatee County Beach. |
